Athletics in Norfolk

Athletics training focuses on walking and running races, relay races, standing and long jump and soft and hard ball throwing.

Session details

Special Olympics Athletics sessions in Norfolk are run by experienced and qualified coaches, who thrive in making sessions inclusive, engaging and, most importantly, fun!

As with all Special Olympics sports, athletics offers athletes the opportunity to learn through skill development and competitive settings and to be involved in large social settings.

Sessions are open to all ages and abilities, with no previous experience required.
Children sessions
Where: UEA Sportspark, University of East Anglia, NR4 7TJ
When: Saturdays, 12.30pm - 1.30pm
Cost: £3 per session
Adult sessions
Where: UEA Sportspark, University of East Anglia, NR4 7TJ
When: Fridays, 11am - 12pm
Cost: £3 per session
